Meet Mrs. Rasich: Library Media Specialist, Book Wizard, & Certified Dragon Whisperer

Mrs. Rasich has been the fearless leader of the school library since taking over the sacred Books of Knowledge from the legendary Mrs. Schiavone, who retired to pursue her lifelong dream of opening a llama-powered smoothie stand in the Andes.

Outrageous Fun Facts About Mrs. Rasich:

• She once defeated a wild encyclopedia in a staring contest that lasted three days. The encyclopedia blinked.

• Holds the world record for the fastest creation of a book fort tall enough to reach the ceiling, complete with trap doors and snack compartments.

• Fluent in English, Spanish, Cat, Pirate, Emoji, and Extremely Dramatic Storytelling Voice.

• Has a pet unicorn named Bookmark who serves as the official library mascot and eats glitter, overdue slips, and the occasional pencil.

• Owns a magic stapler named “Sir Clicksalot” that grants wishes, but only on Tuesdays.

• Rumor has it she discovered a hidden button under the fiction section that activates a secret elevator to a donut vault.

Mrs. Rasich believes that reading is the ultimate superpower and that every student has a story worth telling. Her mission? To help kids unlock their imagination, level up their love of books, and maybe—just maybe—teach them the ancient art of ninja-speed book returns.
