    THE FAMILY ID ONLINE REGISTRATIONS FOR SPRING HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL SPORTS ARE OPEN!

     

    Southern Lehigh is excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online registration for Southern Lehigh Athletic Programs through our partner company, Family ID.  Through your registration on Family ID, you are completing the entire PIAA packet, and agreeing to the Code of Conduct and the Parents' Pledge.  A Family ID registration must be completed for the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR SPORT PARTICIPATION

    Family ID Online Registration, PIAA Physical (PIAA Section 5 form and PIAA Section 6 form - see links below), Impact Concussion Test, Pay to Participate Fee

    PIAA Section 7 Recertification Form - complete if your student athlete had a physical for a 2024-2025 Fall, Winter, or Spring sport (physical date older than 6 weeks to the start of Spring season - March 3, 2025).

     

    Physicals are valid if given on or after May 1, 2024 and shall be effective, regardless of when performed during a school year, until the latter of the next April 30th or the conclusion of the spring sports season.

       

    ATHLETIC IMPACT CONCUSSION TESTING

    IMPACT Concussion Testing is required for all 7th, 9th, and 11th grade student athletes and anyone new to Southern Lehigh School District athletics. Please visit the Athletic Home Page for the online ImPact Concussion link.
     

    DUE DATE
    The deadline for Family ID registrations, physical paperwork, the Pay to Participate Fee, and the Impact Concussion Test for High School and Middle School sports is Friday, February 21st.   If this deadline is not met, the student-athlete may be held out of his/her sport on the first day of tryouts.
     
    High School student athletes can remit their physical paperwork (hard copy only) and participation fee if paying by check (payable to "SLSD") or exact cash to the HS main lobby (box marked "SL Athletics).  
     Middle School student athletes can remit their physical paperwork (hard copy only) and participation fee if paying by check (payable to "SLSD") or exact cash to the Middle School nurse.
     
    PLEASE NOTE THAT ONLY HARD COPIES OF PHYSICAL PAPERWORK WILL BE ACCEPTED (PLEASE NOT NO EMAIL, SCAN, PHOTOGRAPH, OR FAX).  YOUR COOPERATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

     

    Pay to Participate fees will be deposited or refunded after final rosters have been announced.  This process may take several weeks.
