Hopewell, Liberty Bell and Lower Milford offer two forms of music instruction. Classroom music includes singing, movement, listening, note reading and the playing of classroom percussion instruments. Violin, viola and cello instruction is offered to students in 3rd grade.

Music Mission Statement
The purpose of music education in the Southern Lehigh School District is to develop in all students the knowledge and skills needed to maximize their potential as consumers and makers of music, and to instill in all students an understanding of the important role of music in the development and enrichment of humankind.
