Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival

7th and 8th grade Mandarin Chinese classes and FCS classes joined together to celebrate and learn all about the Chinese Mid-Autumn Festival traditions. Watching a Powtoon video to learn about the traditions, playing a Kahoot to test their memory skills, making Chinese fans with traditional Moon Cake designs, and even tasting moon cakes and traditional Chinese Tea were some of learning learning activities that took place on this exciting day! Some 8th grade students even were lucky enough to make these delicious Moon Cakes in FCS class in preparation for this day!
