A Recipe for Traits

Students create and decode a "DNA recipe" for a dog to observe how variations in DNA lead to the inheritance of different traits. Students randomly select strips of paper (DNA), decode the strip and will use the traits selected to draw and color their dog. Students then used the randomly select strips of paper (DNA) from the previous activity to draw and color their dog.
