Can You Save Fred?

Students were tasked with trying to save Fred, the worm who is stuck on the top of his boat, while his life preserver is under the boat. The students needed work together to get the life preserver on Fred using only 4 paper clips and not touching Fred, the boat, or the life preserver with their hands. If Fred touches the table more than 3 times, he drowns.
