Celebrating the Year of the Rooster

8th grade FCS classes celebrated the Chinese New Year making some traditional foods and learning about the holiday and traditions. Some of the classes had a special culinary visitor, our Chinese teacher, who brought some of her own recipes to the test (chicken fried rice, Kung Pao Chicken, and of course, dumplings (traditional beef and pork). What a tasty couple of days!
