Scholastic Art Awards

SLMS is fortunate to have Mrs. Yocum as our art teacher! Each year, she helps students create and submit their artwork to the Scholastic Art Awards, which is the nation's longest-running and most prestigious recognition program for creative teens in grades 7-12. This year, 6 pieces received the Gold Key award, 9 pieces received the Silver Key award and 8 pieces received Honorable Mention. These works will be on display at the Banana Factory in Bethlehem from April 5th through June 4th.
