Journalism Unit

Students in Mrs. Frasch's 7th grade LA class recently finished a unit on journalism. Each student constructed his/her own newspaper incorporating 3 types of writing: editorial, hard news, and feature. (Some of these feature articles will be published in our Spartan Tribune online SLMS newspaper: http://www.slsd.org/MiddleSchool.cfm?subpage=1452685) The students also added creative extras such as photos with captions, classified ads, comics, and advice columns.
