Welcome to Mrs. Segovis's Class
First grade is fantastic, fun, and forever a memory!!! I would like to welcome everyone to one of the most incredible years of their school career. My name is Mrs. Segovis and I will be your teacher for (some) of the 2016-2017 school year. Here is a little about me: I did my undergraduate work at East Stroudsburg University and graduated in 2005. I started at Southern Lehigh in 2006 as an instructional aide and worked hard for 2 years earning a spot on the first grade team in 2008. Over the following couple years I continued my education and received my masters degree from Wilkes University in 2011. I plan to continue to grow professionally, as well as, personally with each new challenge that comes my way.At home, I have a wonderful/supportive family that include a very energetic 4 year old and a new baby on the way. The new baby should arrive in November!!! This year I am excited to begin many new challenges working with students and parents. Team work is the best work!!:)
