Secondary Summer School

  • The Southern Lehigh School District (SLSD) will be offering eLearn21 Virtual Summer Learning Academy for secondary summer school acceleration and credit recovery/remediation. eLearn21 Virtual Summer Learning Academy is the Carbon Lehigh Intermediate Unit’s Virtual Learning Program. Students will complete self-paced, asynchronous, online course(s). The cost for enrollment in the course(s) may apply. Credit Recovery/remediation courses are taken to recover credit from a course that was failed during the regular academic year. Acceleration courses serve as a prerequisite for the upcoming course in the sequence. All acceleration courses must be approved. Please speak with your guidance counselor. If you are going from 8th to 9th grade and have requested to take a course for acceleration (such as Health or PE), additional information is provided by the High School Guidance office.

The Program Guide for SLSD Secondary Summer School is intended to offer an overview of courses offered, registration, requirements, grading, and deadlines for the eLearn21 Virtual Summer Learning Academy. Additional details may be provided through the guidance office.
