2020-2021 HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL FALL SPORTS REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS
FAMILY ID FALL ATHLETIC REGISTRATIONS ARE CURRENTLY OPEN!
Southern Lehigh is excited to announce that we are now offering the convenience of online registration for Southern Lehigh Athletic Programs through our partner company, Family ID. Through your registration on Family ID, you are completing the entire PIAA packet, and agreeing to the Code of Conduct and the Parents' Pledge. A Family ID registration must be completed for the Fall, Winter, and Spring seasons.

*High School and Middle School Football start Monday, August 10th, for Heat Acclimatization.FREE PIAA FALL ATHLETIC PHYSICALS
The FREE PIAA Fall Athletic Physicals will take place at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, PA on June 24th, June 25th, July 11th, and July 27th. Please click the link below to sign up for a specific date and time. You will be required to print and complete Section 5 and print Section 6 both of which can be found below.PLEASE WEAR GLASSES/CONTACT LENSES, ATHLETIC CLOTHING, AND SNEAKERS TO THE PHYSICAL! The Southern Lehigh Athletic Department understands that it may not be convenient to come to the scheduled free athletic physical event. However, those who are not able to attend must get a PIAA physical on their own prior to the deadline.
FALL ATHLETIC IMPACT CONCUSSION TESTINGIMPACT Concussion Testing is required for all incoming 7th, 9th, and 11th grade student athletes and anyone new to the Southern Lehigh School District or who has not played a sport.
The deadline for Family ID registrations, physical paperwork, and the Pay to Participate Fee is Friday, August 7, 2020 in order for the student-athlete to start on the first day of his/her FALL sport. If this deadline is not met, the student-athlete may be held out of his/her sport on the first day of tryouts. Physical paperwork and the Pay to Participate Fee are to be submitted to the Athletic Department located in the High School. Concussion Impact Testing is required prior to the tryout.ALL PHYSICAL PAPERWORK AND PAY TO PARTICIPATE FEES IF PAYING VIA CHECK/CASH CAN BE DROPPED OFF AT THE HIGH SCHOOL MONDAY - THURSDAY 10-12PM.
Pay to Participate fees will be deposited or refunded after final rosters have been announced. This process may take several weeks.
